Open the Settings app on your iPhone β Tap your name β Subscriptions β Throwback β Cancel Subscription. You'll keep premium access until the end of your current billing period.
In the Throwback app, go to Settings β Account β Delete Account. This will remove your account and all associated data within 30 days. For data requests, email privacy@throwback.now.
First, try closing the app completely and reopening it. If the problem persists, try reinstalling the app. If that doesn't help, email support@throwback.now with your device model, iOS version, and a description of what happened.
Yes β you own the transformed images you create. You can use them for personal projects, social media, and commercial purposes. See our Terms of Use for full details.
Throwback is currently iOS only. An Android version is planned β sign up on our homepage to be notified when it launches.
Photos you submit are processed securely and deleted from our servers within 24 hours. We don't sell your photos or use them to train our AI without your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
