How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone β†’ Tap your name β†’ Subscriptions β†’ Throwback β†’ Cancel Subscription. You'll keep premium access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the Throwback app, go to Settings β†’ Account β†’ Delete Account. This will remove your account and all associated data within 30 days. For data requests, email privacy@throwback.now.

The app crashed or isn't working β€” what should I do?

First, try closing the app completely and reopening it. If the problem persists, try reinstalling the app. If that doesn't help, email support@throwback.now with your device model, iOS version, and a description of what happened.

Can I use Throwback photos for commercial purposes?

Yes β€” you own the transformed images you create. You can use them for personal projects, social media, and commercial purposes. See our Terms of Use for full details.

Is Throwback available on Android?

Throwback is currently iOS only. An Android version is planned β€” sign up on our homepage to be notified when it launches.

How is my photo data handled?
