For a problem with the web studio, include your browser, device and the steps that led to it. For the iPhone app, include your iPhone model and iOS version. Please never send a password, sign-in code or full payment card number.
How do I cancel a web subscription?
Sign in to the web studio and open the account billing portal to manage your Stripe subscription. If you cannot access it, email support using the email address from your web account.
How do I cancel an iPhone subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Throwback. App Store subscriptions and web subscriptions are separate.
Can I request deletion of my web account?
Email info@appstarfamily.net from the address used for your web account. The browser studio does not currently have an automated account-deletion control.
How are my photos handled?
Local camera looks, cards and the web Year Vault run in the browser. AI generation sends only your selected photo for provider processing. Read the privacy policy for account, result storage and provider details.
Can I use Throwback without an iPhone?
Yes. The browser studio works on desktop and mobile web. The iOS app has its own native camera and photo-library experiences.
